This is an independent guide to Dubai’s Flexi Rent scheme. Its purpose is simple: to explain the scheme clearly and accurately, so tenants can understand what it is, whether it applies to them, and what their options are if it does not.
We are not the Dubai Land Department, we are not one of the participating companies, and we do not administer Flexi Rent. This site sells nothing related to the scheme, takes no applications, and earns nothing from recommending any product or provider. It is a reference, not a service.
Everything stated here is drawn from the scheme’s public launch and official information, and is dated. Because Flexi Rent is new and expanding — more companies are expected to join and DLD has signalled further measures — we review and update these pages as the scheme develops. Each page carries the date it was last reviewed. Where the official position and this guide could ever differ, the Dubai Land Department’s own channels are the authoritative source.
